AICarValue.AE is a mobile-first PWA that lets anyone in the UAE upload a photo of a car and get an instant valuation (fair market price, quick-sale price, and a 15–25% below-market Instant Offer from Monarch Autos). A separate tool values UAE number plates by emirate, plate code, and number. All prices are AED. The site is operated by Monarch Autos in Dubai as a lead-generation channel for car buying.

## What the app does

1. User uploads or captures one or more photos of a vehicle.
2. Images are converted (HEIC→JPEG) and optimized to ~500KB.
3. A Gemini-powered edge function (`analyze-car`) identifies make, model, trim, year, body type, and visible condition, then returns market values in AED for the UAE.
4. Optional license-plate recognition extracts the plate when visible.
5. Users can edit detected info, then either share results or submit a lead to Monarch Autos via WhatsApp/email.
6. A separate `/plate-valuation` page values UAE number plates based on emirate (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah), single-letter code, and number length / patterns (repeated digits, ascending, low numbers, etc.).
